01 / Context

Not a corporate website. A platform for a company that mines, processes and reports.

Avellana Gold develops polymetallic and epithermal deposits in the Beregovo ore district: underground mining, modern flotation processing, an accredited laboratory and a stewardship programme around water, tailings and land. NIBILUX is designing and engineering the digital platform that carries all of it.

The brief was not to simplify the business. Technical depth is the credibility of an industrial company — removing it would remove the point. The work was to build an architecture that makes the depth navigable: clear entry points for every audience, and a structure that keeps holding as operations, disclosures and media grow.

Every branch is modelled as structured content, not as a folder of pages. An asset knows its stages, its products and its publications — which is what makes cross-linking, search and future data surfaces possible at all.

Structured typography, sheet and datum references, figure captions, schematic diagrams, geographic coordinates, statistic bands and large-scale site photography — one language that can describe a flotation circuit and a community programme without changing register.

A tonne of ore,told in eleven steps.

The hardest content problem on the platform was not the volume of information — it was sequence. Exploration, extraction, processing and stewardship are one continuous industrial system, and the interface had to let a visitor walk it end to end, or drop into a single stage and still understand where they are.

The same structure,at every width.

Technical content is where responsive design usually breaks: statistic bands collapse, sequences lose their order, figures become illegible. Each system on the platform has a deliberate narrow-width composition rather than a stacked fallback.

Sustainability is described where it is measured — schematics of the water and tailings circuit, monitoring imagery and community programmes, held in the same structured system as the operations.
