AFitera
The operating system behind a fitness business. Scheduling, memberships, subscriptions and operations in one platform.
The operating systembehind a fitness business.
AFitera is a NIBILUX product approaching its first production release — a multi-club fitness management platform bringing scheduling, clients, memberships, subscriptions, payments, staff and operational reporting into one system.
Weekly schedule — group classes, personal training, multiple clubsA fitness clubisn’t justa schedule.
Day-to-day fitness operations connect clients, classes, trainers, rooms, memberships, subscriptions, payments, bookings, check-ins and reporting. AFitera is being built as the layer that holds those areas together.
One organisation.Multiple clubs.One operating layer.
The product is organised around an organisation with multiple clubs. From organisation scope, staff can work across locations, with roles and the operational modules enabled for that organisation.
Organisation dashboard — clubs, roles, enabled modulesWhere dailyoperationscome together.
The weekly schedule brings group classes and personal training into one view — across clubs, with trainers, rooms and operational states such as cancelled, completed or no-show visible on the session.
Clients — profiles, status, membershipOperational records, not a separate CRM.
Client records sit in the same environment as memberships and club access — searchable profiles with status, membership state and emergency contact.
From membership planto active subscription.
Membership plans define price, billing — one-time or recurring — and access: single club, selected clubs, or all organisation clubs. Subscriptions then carry those plans into a client period, with states such as active, pending payment, frozen and expired. Payments sit in the same commercial layer.
Membership plans — billing and access scope
Subscriptions — periods and lifecycle statesAcquisition is partof the product too.
A trial is configured as a plan: duration, price, access scope, assigned club, visit and class limits, and whether bookings or check-ins are allowed. Acquisition rules live in the product, not in a side process.

Operations in.Visibility out.
The reporting surface summarises activity across clubs — clients, memberships, visits, revenue, check-ins, bookings, attendance and club comparison. Figures visible in the interface are product demo data, not NIBILUX case-study results.
